Be sure to use adeQuote shipping containers to prevent damage in transit or during rough handling. Use original packaging, or use between 3 and 5 inches of packing material around each instrument, depending on its weight. Place each instrument in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture.
4.What NOT to Send
Please do not send accessories with the instrument sent in for repair or calibration. Do not send manuals, fittings, tubing, valves or anything that is not permanently attached to the instrument being repaired or calibrated.
For returning products under warrantee, there is no charge for exchange or repair service.
For returning products out of warrantee, we will contact you with an estimate repair pricing after we have received the product and evaluated it.
For calibration service, please ask for quotation before returning the products.
To make sure we agree on charges, payment terms, and shipping and billing addresses, we need a purchase order in hand before we return your products. This can be faxed to us at 714-998-6999 or you can include it with your package. Please include your billing address, shipping address, and preferred shipping method on your purchase order.
